Assign A User to a Security Role

Make sure the Security Role is already created. Click here to learn how.

  1. Login as administrator.
  2. From the Admin menu, choose Security Roles.
  3. Click the pencil to the left of the security role in you want to add the person to.
  4. Click the link named, "Manage Users in this Role" near the bottom.
  5. Use the "User Name" drop-down to choose the user.
  6. Enter an effective date and an Expiry date if necessary.
  7. Click on the link named, "Add User"
